Returning a product

Would you like to return a product? Follow these simple steps:

  1. Register your return
    • Contact our customer service to start your return
  2. Pack your product carefully
    • In the original, undamaged packaging
    • The product must not be damaged
    • Include the completed return form
  3. Ship your package
    • Drop it off at a post office of your choice
    • Make sure the return label is clearly visible on the box
    • Keep your proof of shipment safe, this is important in case of any issues

Tip: If possible, use the original packaging. This is better for the product and the environment.

Prefer to exchange?

That is of course also possible.

  • Contact our customer service within 14 days
  • Return the product following the return instructions
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send the replacement product as quickly as possible

Price difference?

More expensive product → you pay the difference
Cheaper product → you receive the difference back

Refunds

  • You will receive the full purchase amount
  • Within 14 days after cancellation
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method
  • If this is not possible, we will contact you

Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense
  • Did you receive a defective product or the wrong item?
    Then we will reimburse the return costs afterwards

  • Damage caused by use, wear or improper handling may affect your refund
  • Make sure the package is well protected during shipping
